OREA was established within the Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, and is charged with developing and implementing a real estate appraiser licensing and certification program. This site maintains information on all licensed and certified appraisers in California.

The California Redevelopment Association (CRA) is a statewide nonprofit corporation dedicated to actively improving the communities of California. CRA provides educational resources regarding the redevelopment process.
